Color
Theory

As our name would suggest, the designer behind Jody Fierz Interiors provides in-depth color theory services. Colors can be used to make a space unique, bring life to a room, or foster a certain emotion in a room’s inhabitants. Our interior designer uses the pyschology of color to achieve what each space requires.

Concept Development + Conceptualization

We’ll transform your concept into a living space. If you need a concept, our designers will collaborate and create one for you. We work with you to find your favorite colors, textures, and forms and then incorporate them into a beautiful space. In addition, we also have our LEED AP ID&C designer if you desire to create a sustainable space.

Planning

Our team of designers work to achieve the goals needed in creating unique spaces. We gather information to develop a floor plan that are in sync with local/state codes. We then work closely with our clients to find materials that break the barrier of customary spaces and create a beautiful environment.

Our Process

01 | DISCOVERY
Every successful project starts with understanding you. We take the time to learn about your lifestyle, design preferences, functional needs, and the atmosphere you want your home to create. This collaborative conversation lays the foundation for a space that reflects your personality and supports the way you live.

02 | CONCEPT
With a clear understanding of your goals, we develop the creative direction for your project. Through thoughtfully curated mood boards, space planning, material selections, and color palettes, we present a cohesive design concept and refine it together before moving into purchasing.

03 | DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
Once the concept is approved, we prepare the detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications required to bring the design to life. We work closely with your architect, builder, and trades to ensure every finish, fixture, and furnishing is accurately documented and seamlessly executed.

04 | PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION
Our team oversees every aspect of purchasing, order management, and delivery coordination. We handle vendor communication, scheduling, logistics, and any issues that arise along the way, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free experience. On installation day, your home is professionally styled and fully completed, with every detail thoughtfully placed and ready to be enjoyed.

One Room Design

Designed for single-room transformations and targeted refreshes, this service provides complete, professional design direction tailored for project-by-project timelines. We deliver full spatial layouts, bespoke material selections, and curated sourcing lists for up to six spaces. Once the design blueprint is finalized, you retain complete control over the timeline—managing the purchasing, execution, and builder coordination at your own pace.
